Where are you based?

Sydney, Australia. All orders ship from Sydney.

How often do you drop?

Generally once a week. Make sure you are on the email list because passwords for early access are sent there first.

I missed out on an item. What can I do???!

Sign up to the mailing list for early entry. Follow our IG for giveaways and Inner Circle perks which sometimes include extra early access. If you see an item that has sold, DM me or email our customer service team. We can discuss sourcing that exact piece or a similar item privately for an additional sourcing fee.

Where do you get your stock?

Some pieces are personally sourced by me in op shops and markets. Others come from trusted suppliers, both locally and overseas, who specialise in authentic vintage. Every piece is hand picked and curated to match the WRITTENONASHIRT aesthetic.

Do you restock items?

Most pieces are one of one. If an item restocks it will be a different size, colour way or variation. Being on the email list gives you the best chance of securing pieces before they sell.

Are items final sale?

Yes. All WOAS pieces are final sale. Refunds are not accepted for change of mind, sizing issues outside of the issued size guide or faults that were already mentioned in the product description. Vintage items naturally vary in age, fit and fabrication, which is why every piece is photographed, measured and inspected before being listed. If something is brand new, it will be explicitly stated.

If an unexpected issue has occurred, email customer service so we can review it within 24-48 hrs of receiving the parcel with photos explaining the issue. Otherwise, all sales are final under our T and C.

What is your sizing like?

Vintage sizing varies by brand and era. Use the size guide on our site and check the sizing equivalent listed on each item. If you need extra measurements or fit advice, DM or email before purchasing.
We also list model sizing to assist in giving an accurate depiction of sizing

Can I hold an item or purchase before drop?

Unfortunately no. Items are sold on a first come first serve basis to keep things fair. This includes items sitting in carts. Your cart is not secure until payment has fully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

In rare cases where two customers check out the same one of one item at the same time and Shopify does not update stock quickly enough, the order notification that comes through second will be refunded in full. WOAS also reserves the right to cancel and refund any order flagged by our automated systems as suspected fraud.

How long does dispatch take?

I am one girl! In accordance with our shipping policy, all items are dispatched within 7 business days of purcahse at MAX! However, if you have bought from me before, you'll know I usually send out in 2 business days.
We offer guarenteed same day dispatch with complimentry express post within shipping options.
